Prices shown in euros are net, excluding delivery costs. They include the costs associated with the products, handling, packaging and storage. Prices may be adjusted without notice, but items will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is placed. All orders are invoiced in euros and must be paid for in euros. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. These products may be in limited quantities and are subject to our Returns Policy.

We endeavour to represent the colours and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that the display on your screen will be exact.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, region or jurisdiction. We may limit the quantities available of any product or service. Product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue offering any product at any time. Any offer of a product or service is void where prohibited by law.

We do not guarantee that the quality of the products, services or information purchased will meet your expectations, nor that errors in the Service will be corrected.

The offers and prices shown on our site are valid as long as they are displayed. Product availability is subject to stock availability at Nature Painting® and our suppliers. In the event of permanent stock shortage, the item will be withdrawn from the sales offer. In other cases, a new order may be placed subject to availability.

If a product ordered is unavailable, the customer will be informed by e-mail or on the invoice of the products dispatched in the case of an order of several items.

Delivery of orders: When the order is placed, a delivery time is communicated, calculated according to the availability of the longest product and the chosen mode of transport. Customers may cancel their order before it is dispatched.

Pre-order articles: Articles to be published may be offered for pre-order with a release date indicated by the publisher. This date is subject to change by the publisher. Nature Painting® will endeavour to deliver reserved items as soon as they are available.

ARTICLE 7 - ORDERS

Automatic registration systems are proof of the nature and content of orders. Nature Painting® confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail. The sale is concluded upon validation of payment by Nature Painting®, whether on the date of validation for online payments by credit card or on the date of receipt of payment by cheque. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute relating to a previous payment.

ARTICLE 8 - DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery costs include preparation, packaging and postage. We advise you to combine all your items into a single order. We will not be able to combine two separate orders, and postage will be charged for each order.

ARTICLE 9 - PAYMENT

You can pay by various secure methods, including :

Credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) via the secure payment form on the site, by entering the type of card, the number without spaces, the control number (on the back of the card) and the validity date.
PayPal payment.

Payment is made via the secure servers of our partners, guaranteeing that your banking information does not transit via our site. Payment by credit card is secure, and your order will be recorded as soon as the bank accepts the payment.

ARTICLE 10 - DELIVERY

We offer home delivery or delivery to a relay point. The delivery time includes the preparation time of the parcel and the delivery time. Nature Painting® delivers internationally. You will receive e-mail notifications regarding the preparation and delivery of your order.

The stated delivery time (6 working days) starts from the receipt by the buyer of the order confirmation e-mail.

ARTICLE 11 - GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL

The products sold on https://nature-painting.co.uk/ are new and come with a guarantee covering any manufacturing defects. They comply with traditional trade standards and come directly from approved publishers and suppliers.

If a product received is defective or does not correspond to the description, the buyer has 60 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. If this sixty (60) day period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be automatically extended to the next working day.

For all returns, items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, complete and in their original packaging, with all accessories, user manuals and documents supplied (including the original plastic film and the corresponding invoice). The purchaser must also provide proof of the defect(s) found by sending a detailed description accompanied by photos to the address contact@peinture-nature.com.

In the event of retraction, Nature Painting undertakes to refund in full the sums paid by the customer, with the exception of return costs, within a maximum period of 14 working days following receipt of the returned item(s).

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the returned package. No returns for cash on delivery will be accepted, for whatever reason.

ARTICLE 12 - TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND TRANSFER OF RISKS

Ownership of the products is transferred only after full payment of the price by the purchaser, regardless of the date on which the products are delivered. In other words, full ownership of the products will only be transferred to you once your order has been paid for in full.

On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss or deterioration of the products takes place at the time of delivery and actual receipt of the products by the purchaser. This means that, as soon as the products are delivered and accepted by you, the risks associated with their loss or deterioration are transferred to you, even if legal ownership of the products has not yet been transferred.

ARTICLE 13 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place on our site. At our sole discretion, we may also reduce or cancel quantities ordered per person, household or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by or from the same customer account, the same credit card, or those using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event of a change or cancellation of your order, we may attempt to notify you via the e-mail or billing address/phone number you provided at the time of ordering. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that we deem to be from merchants, resellers or distributors.

It is your responsibility to promptly update your personal information, including your e-mail address, credit card details and expiry dates, to ensure that your transactions are completed correctly and to enable us to contact you if necessary.
